ika'y kanyang kinupkop mula nung ikay musmos pa lamang

narito lamang ako at naghihintay

PEBA wishes Mega-Pro International Resources Inc. more power!

Many stories about illegal recruiters had already been told here, there and everywhere.  Several victims duped by those unscrupulous illegal recruiters ended up paying their hard earned money but unable to leave the country or become TNTs (“Tago ng Tago”) abroad due to invalid visas or work permits.

I had the chance to check the website of POEA accredited recruitment agencies in the Philippines and was very glad to see the name MEGA-PRO INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES INC. on the list! Here’s the link: http://www.poea.gov.ph/cgi-bin/agList.asp?mode=all

PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY is indeed what Mega-Pro International Resources Inc stands for.

PEBA Team visited Mega-Pro’s office in Rm. 810 & 811 8th flr. Philippines AXA Life Bldg. Center, Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., cor. Tindalo St. Makati City, Philippines and was able to talk to Mega-Pro’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Rosita Malate and her staff about PEBA’s advocacy. We didn’t leave the place empty handed because Mega-Pro immediately expressed its support and became PEBA’s partner under Donor program. We are very grateful for the donation that was been given by Mega-Pro to help PEBA further its cause. :)

Department of Tourism and PEBA

PEBA Team arrived early in the morning of November 9, 2010 for a meeting at Department of Tourism office of Vicente R. Romano III, Undersecretary, Tourism Planning and Promotions.

People from DOT office were so polite and PEBA Team felt the warmth welcome and saw many happy faces from all corners of DOT building.  Team PEBA was also amazed with the professionalism and punctuality shown by USec. Vicente Romano III during the appointment.  PEBA is very proud to have Department of Tourism as one of its partners for this year and looking forward to more great things happening next year.

PEBA Team with DOT Undersecretary Vicente R. Romano III

USec. Romano III would like to emphasize that “every Filipino is an Ambassador of Tourism”. Indeed, wherever we are, Filipinos should promote its very own Philippine tourism to all parts of the world and it’s a must for every Filipino to get a first hand experience in exploring the beautiful islands of the Philippines.  Let’s take time to visit and patronize our very own Philippine tourism.

Have you already checked out the DOT website yet? Watch out for more exciting promos from DOT! USec Romano III would like to announce the DOT’s Pinoy Homecoming Program, open to all Filipinos who are planning to have their REUNION in 2011. If you need more information regarding this promo, don’t forget to check out the website as often as you can starting next week for the Pinoy Homecoming Program launching! Here's the link:

Again, PEBA is proud to have Department of Tourism on board! Thank you and more Smiles and Power to Department of Tourism!
